Daihatsu A-Concept Unveiled in Indonesia

A-concept is a new 5-door compact hatchback which is unveiled by Daihatsu manufacturer at the 2010 Indonesian International Motor Show which was held in Jakarta. The Daihatsu A-concept will inspire the next Mira model which is considered for replacing the current version in this year. The VW design language looks at the A-Concept exterior which is designed in modern appearance. The front end design showcases the hexagonal grille which is also found on the Volkswagen Iroc and Hyundai ix-onic.

The A-concept interior design is presented in modern line and features essential features to give comfort to its passengers. The interior is completed with show-car like the blue LED strips to give ambient lighting and the wide touch panel which is located at the center console. The Daihatsu A-Concept boasts the fuel efficiency up to 30 km / liter. The character A on the name of A-Concept is taken from first alphabet that symbolizes the new life society in Indonesia.
